This is the most personal experience we have ever had with selling a home! Lindsey Butler and her team (led by Jeremy Ann & Haley) did an amazing job from the very first contact until the closing of the home, including the initial write-up of the property, which showed the same amount of love and regard as if she had lived there herself!  All of the paperwork was impeccable, easy to understand, and simple to complete from long-distance with Docusign and electronic and traveling notary services available.  I would highly recommend this company and have already referred other family members!
