We started looking for the perfect home in Las Vegas 2 years ago and told Lindsey our long list of must-haves. we made many trips out and she always was able to ensure we were able to see all of the houses we wanted to. 1 time we saw 15 houses in a day. She set up our own personal portal where she dropped in all of the new listings that fit our criteria. we finally found the perfect house in a great neighborhood and she made sure we were protected when the seller kept trying to take our hefty earnest deposit and many other crazy things we went in and out of contract so many times it would make your head spin but she stayed 1 step ahead of it all and we closed right in the middle of COVID shutdown.

I had been planning on purchasing a property in the Las Vegas area, but was a little apprehensive about buying a property out of town since I am not a resident of Las Vegas and not familiar with local details. Lindsey and her team were simply, excellent. They are diligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and are always looking out for the best interest of their clients. This was a superb, A + experience! The research that Lindsey prepared and provided before our first meeting was impressive and thorough. Wonderful to work with. I'm relocating, and wasn't able to spend as much time in the area as possible, Lindsey, and the people she surrounds herself with were so helpful and accommodating, I don't know if I would have been able to find and get a place without her. Lindsey Butler and her entire team is absolutely AMAZING! I have never had such a thorough and knowledgeable realtor as I have had with Lindsey. I was looking for a retirement home in Las Vegas with my home base still in California so made several trips out to look at places. Lindsey was prepared each and every time in showing me various properties and communities. I really liked the fact that she did not pressure me to buy a place at any time - the decision was left to me. I did purchase a home and Lindsey helped me in the negotiations of the final sales price which I am extremely pleased with and excited to find a place to retire. Since I live out of town and was right in the middle of a busy time at work, her team, specifically Rhett helped me so much in being at the house for the home inspection, during the final walkthrough and unbelievably, even met the handyman I hired to fix a few minor issues at the house!!! I felt confident knowing Rhett has home repair experience so he knows what he is talking about! Rhett took the time to call me and go through the home inspection report with me (someone who has a hard time even changing a light bulb) to make sure I fully understood what the issues were and even gave me recommendations to companies/people who could help get the work done. Jessica constantly kept me posted via emails or texts on the status of the entire process from making sure I met the deadlines to the closing process itself. She was so helpful as well. Lindsey and her team offer exceptional service in not only helping with the purchasing of a home but even providing help after the close on a house! Who does that anymore? Lindsey is a great listener. After a few telephone calls Lindsey organized a realistic number of potential opportunities for our weekend visit. Obviously, we were not disappointed!
